Earlsdon Running Club is a friendly and informal running club that likes to help beginners get off the ground and existing runners stay motivated. We’re here to motivate, educate and get you moving. We meet for all our runs at the Lean Body Vision studio.

Monday 6.30pm Beyond beginners with Mel this is a pay as you go class designed for people who have completed our six week total beginners course or for people who don’t feel ready for the intermediate class. It’s a 3-4km continuous but slow and steady run. There is no pressure to keep up and it’s designed to help you go from interval running in beginners to continuous running in this class by slowing down your pace. £4 per class.
Monday 6.30pm total beginners with Zoe – A six week course getting you from a total beginner to a runner. £22 for six weeks. Scroll down for further details
Monday 7.30pm intermediate 5-8km with Hannah this is a pay as you go class £4. Exact distances are posted in the members facebook group and whatsapp group each week.
Wednesday 7.30pm Speed/technique workshops this class runs once per month to help work on your running speed and technique so you can improve your running. See facebook or whatsapp group for dates.
Thurday 7.30pm intermediate 5-8km with Liz this is a pay as you go class £4. Exact distances are posted in the members facebook group and whatsapp group each week.
Saturday 9am intermediate 8-10km these classes run every other week and are pay as you go £4 per class. Exact distances are posted in the members facebook group and whatsapp group each week.

A six week course getting you from a total beginner to a runner. This six week course uses walking and running to build up stamina and technique as well as going through breathing and other important running information to build confidence, strength and fitness. If you have always wanted to run or perhaps you used to run then come and join us. £22 for six weeks. Download and complete your PARQ exercise questionnaire and either email it to email@example.com or send it to the Lean Body Vision studio (1 Earlsdon Ave South) in an envelope with your name and which class (Monday or Saturday) and your contact number on. 4. Our half marathon training group will provide you with the following along side being able to add your training in with us at our usual classes and prices which will follow the training plan distances. - Training plan to get your from 7km to Half Marathon race ready

To join the half marathon group you just need to be able to run 7km continuously and confidently and commit to running three times a week. £35 fee includes, manual, facebook group access, unlimited email support, weekend distance runs and training plan. You can then access our training runs on Mondays and Thursdays for £4 per class or £35 for 10 classes. The Monday and Thursday intermediate classes will follow the training plan. Further information about our club COST – £4 pay as you go, £3.50 bulk buy (pay for 10 sessions upfront with a stamp card and use as you go along) £3 superbulk buy (£60 for 20 sessions) for beyond beginners and intermediate groups. GETTING STARTED – For you to get started we just need your PARQ health questionnaire filled in and brought with you to your session and your payment. PARKING There are a few parking spaces on the drive at the Lean Body Vision studio but we may use this space for warming up and there also maybe clients parked there using the studio so please use the free on street parking round the corner towards Wisteria Lodge or outside the studio on Earlsdon Ave South itself.
