Each week on a Friday morning we post the timetable for the week ahead so you know exactly what distance each class will be to help you choose. This goes out in our members FACEBOOK and WHATSAPP group.

TOTAL BEGINNERS A six week course designed to get you from complete beginner to a runner. This is a course for complete beginners who are either totally new to running or perhaps haven’t done any for a long time. It is a course that gets you from being a total novice to being a runner with homework to complete between each class. The course runs once a week for six weeks and you will also be given homework to do between sessions. We go through running technique, breathing and core exercises as well as working through a a walk/run programme to build stamina and fitness.

Beyond beginners – slow but continuous 3-4km runs for those who can run continously but don’t want to go too far or too fast. These classes are pay as you go and we set off as a group and get the faster runners to loop back round the group so we don’t lose each other and so there is no pressure for everyone to go the same speed. This is a continuous run (ie no walking) but a slow run and we will help you prepare to move up to intermediates. CLICK HERE for class booking details
Intermediates – continuous running 5-8km distances for social runners. You must be able to run the distance continously but you don’t have to be very fast. We run as a group and get our fester runners to loop back to whoever is slower and then continue so we stay together. Each Friday we post a timetable for the week ahead with exactly what distance each class will be for the week ahead so you can choose to suit you. This is posted on our members FACEBOOK GROUP or our members WHATSAPP GROUP.
