Personal Training at our private studio in Coventry

**CORONAVIRUS UPDATE** Our facilty is now closed but we are still offering one to one and small group personal training over ZOOM which is a free video meeting app. You can train from the comfort of your home with no equipment or with equipment. We hope our lovely studio will be back open soon when it is safe to do so. You can still book a free consultation over ZOOM as well.


Our private studio hosts both our training and our therapy room. We offer weight loss and fitness programmes from our training studio without the intimidation of the gym. We offer one to one, partner training and small group training which is a mximum of three clients (including you) to one trainer. We support your fitness, weight loss and health goals with our nutrition support and offer the privacy of our private studio with shower facilities and parking. Personal training is initially a minimum of three months (because that’s how long it takes to get results) and then just a rolling monthly arrangement. We have clients who come for three months and some who have trained with us for ten years.

Hannah Talbot, Founder of Lean Body Vision and Chief Catalyst. Hannah is a personal trainer and sports massage therapist as well as proud owner of Lean Body Vision. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for building great relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals. Hannah is a personal trainer, sports massage therapist and nutrition advisor as well as teaching others to train to work in the fitness industry.

Zoe Elms is a qualified personal trainer and exercise instructor. Zoe runs our total beginners running club course as well as working with one to one and small group personal training clients. Zoe is a bundle of fun and energy and loves pushing clients to work to their best. Zoe is a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in fat loss training and cardio.

Liz Pharoah is a personal trainer and run instructor and is also training to work in specialist cancer rehabilitation. Liz is a super runner who has completed some amazing races around the world and is a super thoughtful and passionate trainer. Liz is a level four Personal Trainer and also has a Diploma in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation enabling her to work with specialist conditions including joint replacements, simple mechanical back pain, diabetes, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, depression and anxiety as well as cancer patients.


Pricing is based on a three month minimum start and is payable on the 1st of the month for the month ahead. The table below also breaks down a price per session just to help you get your head round the pricing. Packages are all bespoke to your needs so just ask if you have any questions.
